The General Service Technician associate performs all tire related services which include mounting, dismounting, balancing and tire repair. Additional responsibilities focus on routine vehicle maintenance and assisting Service Technician associate with other technical repairs.

David has been working with us since January 2019. He started in our Moosic warehouse as a front dock warehouse associate, and then moved to our receiving team.
Since then, he has enrolled in the Jack Williams Tire training program for our service technicians, allowing him to continue working a full time job while getting hands on and online courses to improve his skillset as a mechanic.

Retrieves customer vehicles and moves them into the service area for service preparationPerforms all tire servicing jobs, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairing and TPMS diagnosisMaintains technical knowledge to perform routine repairs and maintenance service work in accordance with approved quality and efficiency standardsCompletes service related paperwork per Company standards in an accurate mannerAssists service technicians in the completion of various repairsCompletes pre/post-test drives of vehicles in accordance with company and DOT standards, as neededAssists with inventory control activities by unloading delivery trucks, shelving inventory and retrieving/delivering parts
